The Grove U9 Netball vs Ashfold school

The girls started off well, passing cleanly and staying on their players. However, they soon discovered the high speed and excellent tactics of the Ashfold girls, forcing them to try much harder to match their opponents. They did a great job doing this and it was evident in their play that they were hungry to succeed. There was some excellent defending on the part of Mikayla Martey as goal keeper and great moving in the goal circle from Arianna Vicielli-Fitch and Hannah Siddall in goal attack and goal shooter. Unfortunately, the girls couldn't match up to Ashfold's skill level, going down in the end, but they still played an excellent game making it a great match to watch.
